Product Description:

Inspired by the ceilings of the Vista Alegre Palace, Ornament surprises with its sophistication and subtlety of the white relief on the white pieces,
uniting classical architecture and contemporary design.
A tableware set with delicate shapes and unique details that will grace your table. Another irresistible creation of Vista Alegre with the French designer Sam Baron.

Designer Sam Baron:

Born in France in 1976, Sam Baron has a degree in Design from the École Supérieure d’Art et Design de Saint-Étienne and has a post graduate degree from the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. Baron continually reinterprets the traditional methods of construction, questioning in his work the usefulness of current production materials. As an independent designer and consultant, Sam Baron has worked for brands such as Louis Vuitton, Vista Alegre, Bosa, L'Óreal, Benetton and Dinh Van, and cooperates with design companies Ligne Roset, Christofle and Secondome Edizioni, among others. He is currently head of the Department of Design at Fabrica, the communication and research center of Benetton in Treviso. In January 2009 he was awarded with the Grand Prix de la Création de la Ville de Paris for the design category and he was chosen by Philippe Starck has one of the most important designers of the next decade, at the Maison & Objet fair. Other awards include the Silver Cuve, of the New York Art Director Club, and the Yellow Pencil, of the London Art Director Club.
