Product Description:

Brunno Jahara, Brazilian designer of our time with international projection, created the Transatlantic dinner set for Vista Alegre, in the year of commemoration of the Year of Portugal in Brazil and of Brazil in Portugal. This new decoration celebrates the union of blood between the two worlds, united by the mighty Atlantic in a unique multicultural interpretation. Collection awarded with an honorable mention by the German Design Award 2016.

 

Designer Brunno Jahara:

Brunno Jahara is an artist and product designer born in Rio de Janeiro, having created his design consultancy service, the Jahara Studio, in the city of São Paulo. After finishing his studies at the University of Brasilia and the Istituto Universitario di Architettura di Venezia, Brunno Jahara was selected to be part of the design department of Fabrica, under the supervision of Spanish designer Jaime Hayon. At Fabrica he worked for many international clients and developed his personal collection for the Fabrica Features shops. Jahara participated in several exhibitions around the world, including La Triennale di Milano, Fondazione Bevilacqua La Masa in Venice, Centre Georges Pompidou, Paris, Centre Design Marseille, Tokyo Designers Block, Milan Furniture Fair, Amsterdam Design Week, Sapporo Designers Week, in Japan, Miami Design District, New York Design Week and many others, in Brazil and abroad. Inspired by global and regional trends, Jahara’s work represents his own background and his interpretations of the multicultural society that we live in today.
